Drei Brüder which means: (three brothers in German) originated in 2014 but began many years prior to that in the small town of Mason, Texas, and is owned by Kurt and Candi Rasberry.

Kurt’s grandparent’s and their family were some of the first families that settled in Mason, where Kurt grew up and learned all their secrets of sausage making. He kept the tradition and perfected the recipe over 40 years. As our family has grown we all decided we wanted to do something together and the idea of making sausage commercially was born.

Drei Brüder Rasberry’s Fresh Pork Sausage, LLC offers a Mesquite Smoked raw sausage along with a Beef and Pork Dry sausage that is cured, hung and dried just like they did many years ago.
